Drop by for a tour of the top station of this underground oddity, a funicular railway down the side of the Avon Gorge. Hear the reasons behind the construction of this complex piece of engineering, as well as its bankruptcy and later conversion into a wartime bunker.

The railway closed in 1934 and was adapted for wartime use by the Barrage Balloon Squadron, wartime shelters and BBC transmitting station in 1940. It was then left to go derelict until 2005, when volunteers joined together to save and refurbish the site.
