This imposing re-brick building was constructed as a paper bag factory in typical late 19th century style and became a local icon. During the award-winning conversion, the iron-structure was retained, with brick walls exposed internally. A two story roof addition created duplex apartments, with a full-height atrium to introduce natural light.
